White Glove Bronze (Additional $99):
White Glove Bronze service provides two-man delivery, to inside the threshold of your residence. If you live in a home with a garage this means the product will be left in your garage. If you do not have a garage the product will be left in your front entrance, or mudroom. If you live in an apartment building or condo the product will be carried up two flights of stairs from the building threshold (4-15 steps = 1 flight). If you need the product moved up additional flights please contact us*. The product will be left in the original packaging.
White Glove Gold (Additional $149):
White Glove Gold delivery service provides a two-man delivery team to place your purchase inside your residence in the room of your choice. This service includes carrying the product up two flights of stairs from the building threshold (4-15 steps = 1 flight). If you need the product moved up additional flights please contact us*. Once the product is in the room you desire, the shipper will unpack the product and provide basic setup that requires no tools (i.e. will set pieces next to each other, or on top of each other). The shipper will also remove and dispose of all packaging.
These types of delivery are different than standard UPS, FedEx or US Mail in that the product will arrive by a freight carrier (companies like Roadway, Yellow, ABF, Watkins, etc.). The most important thing to remember when accepting delivery is that you MUST inspect the package at the time of delivery. If the box has any damage, or if there is any reason for you to be at all concerned about damage, please write "PRODUCT DAMAGED" clearly on the sheet that they ask you to sign. This simply insures that if there is any damage, it will be easy to take care of the problem.
*In all cases the shipper will not hookup any electrical or component wires. Having items carried up more than 25 steps and longer assembly periods are available as additional services which would require additional charges. Please contact us if you feel you need these services.

We use the Sofa recliner set in our living room as our primary seating. So far we are satisfied. We have only had the set for just over a month so I can't comment on things like keeping shape, but the cushions don't slide and the couch and recliner offer very good support.
Service and delivery comments:
We did wait a while for the couches because part of the set was on back order. It was noted that there was a small tear on the back of one piece, but we kept it because we had waited so long. No one has contacted us about repair yet. We have had the set over a month now.

The furniture is comfortable. The high back seats give my head a place to rest and I like that. Once the product arrives [...] minor work still needed to prevent damage of leather. One of the staples or nails nearly punctured the leather before I had to tap it back in. This was the second day after arrival with me sitting in it once. If you want to use the furniture right away, I'd purchase from a local store with similar quality, the increased price is worth use of the furniture.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE SERVICE! When proposed Jan 2 - 28 for delivery and arrival on 22 is bad. When only 2 pieces out of three arrive and NO ONE knows where the third is, is bad. (Not the driver, delivery dock personnel, or CSN factory) When 1 piece of furniture (sofa) arrives with one arm rest/side BROKEN OFF, is bad. No boxes were used for shipping, and the plastic was removed by the drivers before bringing into the house which could have easily damaged the leather. I think the shipping company used by CSN stole one of my pieces of furniture, and due to laziness broke/DESTROYED another piece. This reflects on CSN more than the quality of the furniture, and I would not recommend a purchase from them by anyone.

The recliners are very soft and comfortable, but Becky says the upper cushion pushes her head too far forward...helps if you're taller. The seat cushions on the sofa were very firm at first, but they're starting to break-in and loosen up now. I was a little disappointed with the OSB (compressed chipboard) construction materials.
