When we recieved our chair the remote did'nt work properly and a few days later the seat cushin pulled out of the back after further inspection the furniture grade plywood it is supposed to be made of is primarilly particle wood which is a cheap replacement for plywood which in my eyes doesn't make this chair top quality as advertised.the warranty says it all 3yrs on the frame the chair it replaced had lifetime and its still in perfect condition 17yrs later

Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend
