Wondering how to remove spot from seat. (I spilled something). Not easy to reach handle on side perhaps I need an extender for it. I am still getting used to it. I need help getting up and standing, but it is easy to fall asleep. Recliner part shakes while lifting.

Delivery was excellent although instructions were not helpful. I did not turn the chair over. Instead I cut away the cardboard around it.

They sent me a different model in a hurry. I already had one Teddy Bear Chaise Swivel recliner. The second one looks and feels obviously different from the first, and definitely not as comfortable. It gives me a backache. And it creaks loudly when I rock it, which is a pain because I planned to use it to put my infant child to sleep. And the darn thing is so heavy, that returning is not a practical option. So its a waste of money. There's no time to even sleep, let alone lodge a complaint about sofas, while handling an infant at home.

Kind of weird delivery. First they gave a 3 to 4 weeks delivery estimate. When I said I wanted to cancel, they somehow pre-poned the delivery and said I couldn't cancel because it had shipped. Initially I was very happy to receive the recliner within a week. That was till I opened the box and found it was a different model. Then I realized they just scammed me.

Once it arrived, I sat in it and fell sound to sleep, it is the most comfortable chair I have ever owned. My daughter fell in love with it, so I gave it to her for her birthday. I will soon order another chair. The color was wonderful and it fit my life style to a tee.

My wife uses this chair in the living room, to sew, read, watch TV and just to relax. This combination (rocker, recliner, swivel) is every thing an older person could want, and while wider than most chairs, to provide very comfortable, wide arms, its' length is minimal, so can be placed 8" to 10" from the wall. Since my wife is short (5'-1") the relatively short seat suites her well, but I, at 5'-8", also find it suites me well. I intend to order another for me, hopefully with perforated leather upholstery, since I am a smoker and the cloth covering is not as practical for me.

This chair is extremely soft and comfortable but supports the body at the same time. The mechanisms work flawlessly and quietly. The fabric and color are better than anticipated. Although micro fiber is a bit warm, it's very soft and cleaning is a snap. The only thing I would change would be that the arms were a little more solid and that you could turn the "glider" action off while getting in and out of it.
