The hard plastic ankle holders are very uncomfortable but you can add your own padding. It isn't worth the extra money to buy the higher priced units just for the comfort, this thing works great! The swivel disc isn't worth a thing, I just simply don't use it but the machine itself is fantastic. It has helped with my stress and I sleep well at night.

I use this after my workout as a cool down device on the automatic setting. I use it again at bedtime on the slow setting. I no longer have numbness in my toes, my knee doesn't have that tight,almost swollen feeling anymore and best of all, I am not bothered by restless leg syndrome at night. This works for me. I was out of town for a few weeks and my RLS came back. I came home, started using this and it went away again. I have a piece of foam I place over the ankle support to make it more comfortable.

It's amazing how different I feel after I use this machine compared to how I felt before I used it. My tight muscles in the lower back and shoulder are loose. If there was a headache, it goes away. Just being peaceful and quiet while the machine does its work helps me feel better. I really like the quality of this unit. What an inexpensive way to improve your health!
