• FRAME - LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY:
  The frame, upholstered in the original fabric under normal use and conditions, is warranted to the original purchaser against manufacturing defects for the lifetime of the product.

• SPRINGS - LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY:
  The spring units of Jackson Upholstered products are warranted against breakage due to defective material or workmanship for the lifetime of the product.

• RECLINER MECHANISM - THREE (3) YEAR WARRANTY
  Recliner mechanism (all metal parts) are warranted against breakage due to defective material or workmanship for a period of (3) three years.

• SLEEPER MECHANISMS – THREE (3) YEAR WARRANTY
  Sleeper mechanisms (all metal parts) are warranted against breakage due to defective material or workmanship for a period of (3) three years.

• LEATHER - ONE (1) YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY
  Jackson Furniture offers a one (1) year Limited Warranty from the date of original purchase for repair or replacement of leather parts against manufacturing or material defects. Since leather is a result of nature, no two pieces of leather are alike and as such, they have natural markings and grain variation, which are not considered defects. The leather warranty will be voided if evidence is found of excessive soiling, improper cleaning, abuse or where the leather has had a chemical treatment applied by the retail dealer or the consumer.

• CUSHIONS - ONE (1) YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY
  Jackson upholstered products utilize quality polyurethane cushioning materials in conjunction with layers for superior seating comfort. Cushions are warranted for one year against loss of resiliency. The loss of resiliency should not be confused with a slight softening and flattering of the fiber and foam that will occur as a result of normal use and aging.

• ALL OTHER PARTS - ONE (1) YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY
  All other parts not specifically listed as being warranted are covered on a one (1) year Limited Warranty against defective material or workmanship. This warranty is limited to repair or replacement of the defective part such as latches, table tops, shields, hinges and mattress.
