• FRAME AND SPRING CONSTRUCTION - LIFETIME WARRANTY:
  Under conditions of normal usage, the frame and spring construction of any Sunset & Vine upholstered product is warranted to the original consumer purchaser to be free from defects and workmanship and materials for the lifetime of the product. Sunset & Vine, at its option, will repair or replace any Sunset & Vine upholstered product found by Sunset & Vine to contain such a defect in workmanship or materials at no charge to the original purchaser exclusive of shipping or delivery costs incurred to effect the repair or replacement. This warranty is rendered inapplicable if the product in question is subject to misuse, alteration, fire, improper cleaning, negligence, accidents or used for commercial purposes.
  
  
• UPHOLSTERED FABRICS:
  As fabrics vary greatly in composition and durability Sunset & Vine does not warranty upholstery fabrics for wear durability, cracking, piling, fading, seam slippage or any other reason.
  
  
• MATTRESS AND SOFABED MECHANISMS - ONE (1) YEAR WARRANTY
  Sunset & Vine mattresses and sofabed mechanisms are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase. Sunset & Vine, at its option, will repair or replace any mattress or mechanism found by Sunset & Vine to contain such a defect, at no charge to the original consumer purchaser exclusive of any shipping or delivery costs incurred to effect the repair or replacement. This warranty is rendered inapplicable if the product in question is subject to misuse, alteration, fire, improper cleaning, negligence, accidents or used for commercial purposes. If identical materials are unavailable at the time of repair or replacement of any Sunset & Vine upholstered product, mattress or mechanism, Sunset & Vine reserves the right to substitute materials of equal quality. Sunset & Vine shall in no event be responsible for any incidental or consequential damage and in no event shall the responsibility of Sunset & Vine exceed the purchase price of the produce or its replacement. Original consumer purchaser must retain bill of sale from a Sunset & Vine dealer to establish warranty rights. The warranty gives you specific rights, which may vary from state to state.
  
  
• CUSHIONS - ONE (1) YEAR WARRANTY
  We provide, under conditions of normal usage, for the cushion construction of any Sunset & Vine product a warranty to the original consumer. This warranty assures that your cushioning will be free from defects in the workmanship and materials for one year from the date of purchase. Sunset & Vine will replace any cushion found to contain such a defect in workmanship or materials at no charge to the original purchaser exclusive of shipping or delivery costs incurred by the replacement. This warranty will be considered void if the product in question has been subject to misuse, alteration, fire, improper cleaning, negligence, accidents or used for commercial purposes.
